HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 15, Page 911, No Ordinance Number911 j AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF VASSEUR TRACTOR AND IMPLEMENT COMPANY FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE NEW TRACTOR FOR USE BY THE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT, AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON WHICH SUCH PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That theCity of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the bid of Vasseur Tractor & Implement Company in the sum of $2,775.00, less $975.00 for trade-in of one 1961 Model No. 8-N Tractor, plus $54.00 sales tax, making the total of $1,8L.5.00 for the sale to the City of Paducah of one (1) new Ford Tractor, Model No. 2000 Having? the specifications as set out in the bid of said Vasseur Tractor and Implement Company under date of March 25, 1966. SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he.is hereby, authorized to enter into a contract for the purchase of said tractor as set out in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3.
