HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 15, Page 908, No Ordinance Number908 V AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF PHILLIP GALL & SON FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF 55 SIDEARMS (PISTOLS) FOR USE BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON WHICH PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1: That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the bid of Phillip Gall & Son in the amount of $2,541.89 (including $74.04 Kentucky Sales Tax) for the sale to the city of 55 Sidearms (Pistols) for use by the Police Department, having the specifications as set out in the bid of said Phillip Gall & Son under date of March 11, 1966. SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a contract for the purchase of said aidearms as set out in -Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for at least one (1) week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
