A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO APPROVE, ON BEHALF
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AN AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN
PADUCAH AIRPORT.CORPORATION AND C. L. BRYAN AND OTHERS, DOING
BUSINESS AS PADUCAH AUTO RENTAL
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized
to approve, on behalf of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, an agree-
ment by and between Paducah Airport Corporation and C. L. Bryan
and others, doing business as Paducah Auto .Rental, effective
June 9, 1965 and ending on June 9, 1968, a copy of which is
attached hereto.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
