AN ORDINANCE CREATING CERTAIN TEMPORARY SEASONAL POSITIONS
IN THE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT, AND FIXING THE SALARIES THEREFOR
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH:; KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. There is hereby
created the following
positions
and the salaries therefor for temporary seasonal employees of the
Parks and Recreation Department
of the City:

SECTION 2. The positions created by this ordinance shall
not be under civil service, and the people employed therein shall not
be entitled to any vacation, sick leave or other benefits provided
for by law or ordinance.
SECTION 3.This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
