HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 15, Page 892, No Ordinance Number892 / AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF AN ALLEY THROUGH PROPERTY OF THE TWELFTH STREET BAPTIST CHURCH, LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF TERRELL STREET BETWEEN 11TH AND 12TH STREETS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That this Board receive and file a certified copy of a Resolution adopted by the Paducah -McCracken County Planning Commission on March 2, 1966, entitled "A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE DEDICATION OF AN ALLEY THROUGH PROPERTY OF THE TWELFTH STREET BAPTIST CHURCH, LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF TERRELL STREET BETWEEN 11TH AND 12TH STREETS", together with a copy of the plat referred to therein. i' SECTION 2. That this Board accept the dedication of the alley reflected -on zaid• plat, provided, however, that such acceptance shall note be.deemed to be an undertaking on the part of this Board or the City of Paducah for the improvement of said alley, that being a matter for separate consideration and action.
