HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 15, Page 879, No Ordinance NumberAN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4 OF AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING POR THE APPOINTMENT OF A CITY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE AbININISTRATOR TO ADMINISTER AND ENFORCE IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, PROVISIONTS OF KRS 243.010 TO 243.710; PRESCRIBING THE DUTIES OF THE CITY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE ADMINISTRATOR; FIXING THE AMOUNT OF HIS COMPENSATION, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH", 111HICH 1.11AS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COr4MISSIONERS ON JANUARY 16, 1951, AND APENDED ON JULY 21, 1961, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COP•1N?ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCXY: SECTION 1. That Section 4 of an ordinance containing the title quoted above, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on January 16, 1951, and amended on July 21, 1964, be, and the same is hereby amended and reordained so that said section as amended and reordained shall read as follows: "SECTION 4. The person appointed as the City Alcoholic Beverage Administrator for the City of Paducah shall be paid for his servQces a base salary of $360.00 per month, said salary to be paid to him at the same time and in the same manner as the salaries of other employees of the city are paid. The said Alcoholic Beverage Administrator shall be paid at the rate of 4:360.00 per month for the first six months of employment; at the expiration of six months $370.00 per month; at the expiration of one year ;:380.00 per month; at the expiration of two years $390.00 per month and at the expiration of three years $400.00 per month, such increases to be made upon recommendation of the City Manager." SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts if irdubabces in conflict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. SECTION 3.
