AN ORDINANCE PLACING THE CEMETERY DEPART14ENT OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, UNDER THE DIRECTION AND SUPERVISION OF THE DIRECTOR
OF PARKS AND RECREATION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COP961ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That effective April 2, 1966 all activities and
operation of the Cemetery Department of the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
shAll be placed -under -the supervision and direction of the Director
of Parks and Recreation of said City.
SECTION 2, Nothing in this ordinance shall chanpe or affect
the salaries or wanes noir beim paid to persons in said Cemetery
Department.
SECTION 3, This ordinance shall he in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
