COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION RESPECTING THE REZONING OF PROPERTY ON THE
EAST SIDE OF FIFTH STREET BETWEEN HUSBANDS AND CALDWELL STREETS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
IV SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah -McCracken
County Planning: Commission on March 16, 1966, entitled "A RESOLUTION
CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH-McCRACKEN COUNTY PLANNING
COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED REZONING OF PROPERTY ON THE EAST SIDE OF
FIFTH STREET BETWEEN HUSBANDS AND CALDWELL STREETS", be approved as
the final report of said Commission respecting the matters therein
set forth.
SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the following property
be, and it is hereby, chanmed from R-3 Two -Family Residential Zone to
P-4 Commercial Zone:
Beginning at the intersection of the center lines of
Caldwell Street•and 5th Street; thence south with the
center line of 5th Street to the center line of Husbands
Street; thence east with the center line of Husbands
Street 203.25 feet to the center line of an alley;
thence north with the center line of said alley to the
center line of Caldwell Street; thence west with the
renter line of Caldwell Street to the point of beginning.
SECTION 3; That the Paducah Zonong Ordinance -1961 and the Maps
referred to in Section 14 thereof,'be, and they are hereby, amended to
the extent'and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
chane provided for.in•Section 2 hereof.
SECTION 1_ That if any section, paraareph, or provision of this
ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid
for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph
or provision shall not affect any other,section, paragraph or provision
hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make
each and every section, pararraph and provision hereof separable from
all other sections, paragraphs and provisions.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall he in full force and effect
from and after itsadoption.
