AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF CITY OF PADUCAH MUNICIPAL
HOUSING COMMISSION FOR THE PURCHASE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY ON LEAKE
AVENUE IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE THERETO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the
offer of City of Paducah Municipal Housing Commission in the amount
of $350.00 for the purchase of the following property owned by said
City and situated therein, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on Leake Avenue 238 feet
east from the northeast corner of Leake Avenue
and Murrell Boulevard; thence at right angles
and north 90 feet to a private alley; thence
i east 50 feet to another private alley; thence
south 90 feet to the north line of Leake Avenue;
thence west 50 feet to the point of beginning.
Being the same land conveyed to the City of.Paducah,
Kentucky, by Dalton A. Woodall, Master Commissioner,
by deed dated April 9, 1965 and of record in Deed
Book 4.66, page 9 in the McCracken County Court
Clerk's Office.
SECTION 2. Upon payment of the aforesaid sum of $350.00
to the City Treasurer, the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute, on behalf of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, a deed con-
veying said property to said purchaser with no warranty as to title
and subject to any state of facts that might be shown by an accurate
survey.
!i SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect

from and after its adoption.
