AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF ELMER CROUCH FOR THE
PURCHASE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY ON ALLEN STREET IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY.CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED
OF CONVEYANCE THERETO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the
offer of Elmer Crouch in the amount of $100.00 for the purchase
of the following property owned by said City and situated therein,
described as follows:
"Being Lots Nos. 20, 21, 22 and 23 in the
Allen Addition being situated on Allen
Street, and being a part of the same land
conveyed to the City of Paducah, Kentucky
by Sam King, Master Commissioner by deed
dated March 9, 19L•2, and of record in
Deed Book 213, page 247 in the McCracken
County Court Clerk's Office.
SECTION 2. Upon payment of the aforesaid sum of $100.00
to the City Treasurer, the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute, on behalf of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, a deed con-
veying said property to said purchaser with no warranty as to title
and subject to any state of facts that might be shown by an accurate
survey.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
