COMPLIANCE PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF
THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
by and through its Board of Commissioners, does hereby
approve a proposed ten vear Housing Code Compliance Program,
a copy of which is attached hereto and marked "Exhibit All
for identification by the City Clerk.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
