AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 3 OF AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED
"AN ORDINANCE CREATING AND ESTABLISHING A PARKS AND RECREATION
DEPARTMENT FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, CREATING POSITIONS
THEREIN AND FIXING SALARIES THEREOF", WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD
OF COMMISSIONERS ON DECEMBER 8, 196L AND AMENDED ON JUNE 15, 1965
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 3 of an ordinance having the title
quoted above, adopted by the.Board of Commissioners on December 8,
1964., and amended on June 15, 1965, which section provides for the
use of the residence at Noble Park by the Director of Parks and
Recreation as part of his compensation, be, and the same is hereby,
repealed. .
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after December 1, 1965.
