A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF C01414ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH AMENDING
A RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH
ON OCTOBER 28, 1965 ENTITLED "RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH APPROVING THE URBAN RENEWAL PLAN AND THE FEASIBILITY OF
RELOCATION FOR PROJECT NO. KENTUCKY R-30" BY ADDING SECTION 2-A THERETO
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the resolution as above entitled, which :vas adopted

by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah, Kentucky on October ce
28, 1965, be amended by adding thereto Section 2-A as follows:
2-A. That it is hereby found and determined that the objectives V G
of the Urban Renewal Plan cannot be achieved through II
rehabilitation of the Project Area.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
