A -RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE,
ON BEHALF OF,THE CITY OF PADUCAH, AN AGREEMENT WITH PADUCAH AND
ILLINOIS RAILROAD COMPANY, GRANTING PERMISSION TO CONSTRUCT AND
MAINTAIN A 10 -INCH CAST IRON SEWER PIPELINE UNDER TWO TRACKS OF
THE RAILROAD COMPANY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are
hereby, authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, to execute an Apreement with Paducah and Illinois Railroad
Company, grantinr, permission to the City to construct and maintain
a 10 -inch cast iron sewer pipeline under two tracks of said Railroad
Company, at a point 1768 feet south of Mile Post M-9 at Paducah,
Kentucky, thereby approving and ratifying all of the conditions
of such agreement executed as of September 17, 1965.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
