AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF CHAS. M. LEAKE COMPANY, INC.
FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF TAX BILL FORMS FOR USE BY THE FINANCE
DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
FOR THE PURCHASE OF SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the bid -of Chas. M. Leake Company, Inc.
in the amount of $$65.00 for the sale to the City of 18,000 Tax Bill
Forma for 1966, using no carbon required paper, to be furnished .
according to specifications.submitted in the proposal of.the said
Chas. M. Leake Company, Inc. on August 19, 1965, be accepted.
SECTION 2. That the City Manaeer be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to enter into a contract for the purchase of
the items set out in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall.be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
