AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF CHAS. M. LEAKE COMPANY, INC.
FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF VARIOUS LICENSE STICKERS FOR USE BY THE
FINANCE DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A
CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the bid of Chas. M. Leake Company, Inc.
in the amount of $881.50 for the sale to the City of 17,000 Automobile
License Stickers; 500 Business License Stickers and 100 Peddler License
Stickers for use in 1966, to be furnished according to specifications
submitted in the proposal of the said Chas. M. Leake Company, Inc.
on August 19, 1965, be accepted.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to enter into a contract for the purchase of
the items set out in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That thia Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
