CONSTRUCTION OF HOUSE CONNECTIONS ON PARK AVENUE WEST OF 32ND STREET,
AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH
CONSTRUCTION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the .
bid of Littleton, Inc. in the amount of $7,662.24 for the construction
of house connections to the canitary sewer west of 32nd Street on
Park Avenue, according to plans and specifications as contained in
said bid and as prescribed in the bidding documents prepared by the
Engineering Department of the City.
SECTION 2; That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to enter into a -contract for the construction of the
connections described in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on
file for at least one (1) week for public inspection in the completed
form in which it shall be put upon its final passaee, and if adopted
shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
