AN ORDINANCE CLOSING TWO (2) ALLEYS SITUATED BETWEEN MAGGIE
STREET AND LOCUST STREET, AND E%TENDING FROM GILSON STREET TO
J SOWELL STREET AND SOWELL STREET TO DIVISION STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, does hereby
authorize the closing of two (2) alleys situated between Maggie
Street and Locust Street and extending from Gilson Street to Sowell
Street and Sowell Street to Division Street, described as follows:
The 16 foot alley in Block 12, of Gilson, Rock and
Tully Addition, extending from the south line of
Gilson Streetzto the north line of Sowell Street,
and situated between Maggie Street and Locust Street.
and
The 16 foot alley in Block 4 of Palmer Subdivision, ex-
tendine from the south line of Sowell Street to the
north line of Division Street, and situated between
Magpie Street and Locust Street.
SECTION 2. That the Corporation Counsel of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, be, and he is hereby, authorized and employed
JI to institute and prosecute, pursuant to KRS 94.360, an action in the
McCracken Circuit Court for a .judgment ordering the closing of the
alleys described in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect

from and after its adoption.
