AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING:'THE BID OF KING-V:OODALL MOTORS, INC. FOR THE SALE
TO THE CITY OF ONE (1) NEW 1965 FOUR DOOR AUTOMOBILE FOR USE BY THE FIRE DEPAra -
MENT OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONSITIONS
UPON 14HIGH SUCH PURCHASE SHALL BE MADS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the bid of King -
Woodall Motors, Inc. in the sum of $21706.55, less $648.00 for trade-in of of
one (1) 1955 Oldsmobile motor vehicle, for the sale to the City of one (1) new
1965 Ford Custom Four Door Sedan, having the specifications submitted in the bid
of said King -Woodall Motors, Inc.
SECTION $. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
enter into a contract for said vehicle as set out in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for at
least one (1) week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall
be int upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect
ten (10) thereafter.
