AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT WITH ABRAHAM HALL
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a contract in the amount of $10,000.00 with Abraham Hall, in exchange for their services
to the needs of the youth of the City of Paducah and McCracken County.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 010-
0106-511-8007.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
