AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF HOE SUPPIY COMPANY FOR THE
SALE TO THE CITY OF GAS CHLORINE, AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS UPON WHICH SUCH PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Faducah accept the hid of Hoe
Supply Company for the sale to the City of approximately Forty-five
4 5) 150 pound cylinders of Gas Chlorine at the price of $11.00 cwt
plus applicable taxes.
SECTION 2. That the City Manaper be, and he is hereby, authorized
to enter into a contract for the purchase of said supplies as set out
in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
