FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF SODA ASH BRIQUETTES, AND PRESCRIBING THE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON WHICH SUCH PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the bid
of Preston Chemical Companv for sale to the City of Soda Ash
Briquettes in one hundred pound bars at $5.67 per bar.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, ane he is hereby, authorized
to enter into a contract for the purchase of said supplies as set out
in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
