STE:9ART AS A CONSULTANT, TO MAKE A STUDY OF CERTAIN MATTERS PERTAINING TO PADUCAH JUNIOR COLLEGE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated a sum of money, not to exceed $2,500.00, for the employment of Dr. R. B. Stewart as a consultant, to make a study of the future scholastic and financial status of Paducah Junior College, and make his recommendation as to what would be to the best interest of McCracken County students, taxpayers and governmental agencies; and thereupon report his findinFs in full to Paducah Junior College, the City of Paducah, the Countv of McCracken and the Paducah -McCracken Development Council. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be introduced at a meeting of the Board of Commissioners and remain on file for public inspection for at least one (1) week in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
