A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF JAMES R.
REEVES PERTAINING TO THE ORCHARD HEIGHTS SEWER PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the proposal of James R. Reeves to the Mayor
and Commissioners under date of May 27, 1965, relative to the Orchard
Heights Sewer Project be approved and accepted, said offer being in
words and figures as follows:

Paducah, Kentucky
Attention: Mr. B. Cowles Mallory, City Manager
Re: Orchard Heights Sewer Project
Gentlemen:
The following proposal is submitted for your consideration.
Crollev & Riley, Inc. General Contractors, will install at
my expense ($1,750.00) 5L feet of U.S. Centrifugally Case, 10",
Class 100 Cast Iron Pipe, equipped with rubber Tyton Joints
inside l,5 feet of steel casing, under the P. & I, Railroad
Company right-of-way between Pines Road and Minnich Avenue.
All materials, alighment and grade to meet the requirements of
the Engineering Department of the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
The above installation will constitute my portion of the
proposed sewer extension to the Orchard Heights area. I under-
stand, of course, that I will install all sewers at my own
expense on property owned by me known as Pine Park Subdivision,
located on West Jefferson Street, in the City of Paducah.

SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
