"AN ORDINANCE CREATINP AND ESTABLISHING A PARKS AND RECREATION
DEPARTMENT FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, CREATING POSITIONS
THEREIN AND FIXING SALARIES THEREOF", 'WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD
OF CO'MSISSIO iERS ON DECEMBER £I, 1966.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COiA24ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 2 0£ an ordinance containing the title
quoted above, which was adopted b7 the Board of Commissioners on
December 9, 1961; be, and the same is hereby amended so that said
section as amended shall read as follows:
"SECTION 2. That in order to perform the duties of said depart-

Upon recommendation of the Director, the Board of Commissioners

SECTIOF 2_ All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict

SECTION' 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
