AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF KING OODALL MOTORS, INC.
FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE'(1) NEW 19(.5 FOUR -DOOR AUTOMOBILE,
AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON ;WHICH SUCH PURCHASE
SHALL BE MADE
BE IT ORDAINED BY.THE BOARD OF CON9,11ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the
bid of FinF :Woodall Motors, Inc. in the sum of $1,899.81; for the
sale to the City of one (1) new 1965 Ford Custom Four -door Sedan,
havin7 specifications as set out in the Resolution adopted on March
30, 19F5, Uv the Board of Commissioners authorizing advertising for
bids, and as contained in the hid of King--7oodall Motors, Inc. dated
April 9, 1965. The color of said motor vehicle shall he black.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to enter, into a contract for the .purchase of said -
automobile -as set out in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on
file for at least one (1) week for public inspection in the completed
form in which it shall he put upon its final passage, and if adopted
shall he in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
