INC. FOR THE SALE TO THE,CITY OF TWO NEW 1965 CHEVROLET PANEL TRUCKS,
AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR THE
PURCHASE OF SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the bid of Wilson Chevrolet -Cadillac, Inc.
for the sale to the city of two (2) new 1965 Chevrolet panel trucks,
model C105, halring the specifications set out in the Resolution
authorizing the advertising for bids adopted on March 5, 1965, by the
Board of Commissioners, and as contained in the hid of said Wilson
Chevrolet Cadillac, Inc. dated March 16, 1965, for the purchase price
of $4,3$¢.90, less $1,198.90 for trade-in of LAIC Paddy Wagons Nos. 11,
and 15, makin�,, a net price of $3,190.00, be accepted.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to enter into a contract for the purchase of the trucks
set oiit in Section 1 hereof under the terms and conditions of said
hid.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on
file for public inspection for at:least one (1) week in the completed
form in w hich it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted
shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
