AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF BUSINESS EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES
FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF FILING EQUIPMENT AND FURNITURE FOR USE BY
THE RECORDS AND IDENTIFICATION OFFICE OF THE PADUCAH POLICE DEPARTMENT,
AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON ENRICH SUCH PURCHASE SHALL
BE MADE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF CONLMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Business
Equipment & Supplies in the amount of $1,800.98, plus.Kentucky Sales Tax,
.for the sale to the City of filing' equipment and .furniture for use by
theRecords & Identification Office of
_the,Paducah Police Department,
having' the specifications contained in the bid of said Business
Equipment 8: Supplies dated February 19, 1965 and contained in the
Resolution adopted February 9, 1965 by the.Board of Commissioners
authorizing' theCity_Clerk to advertise for bids.for such equipment.
SECTION 2. That the City Manaper be, and he is hereby, authorized
to enter into a contract for said equipment as set out in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on
file For at least one (1) week for public inspection in the completed
form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted
shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
