AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH-
McCRACKEN COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION RESPECTING THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT
OF SECTION 23-A-3 OF THE PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE -1961 FOR THE PURPOSE

OF INCLUDING THEREIN A NEW PERMITTED USE IN A B-2 DOWNTOWN BUSINESS
ZONE, AND AMENDING SAID SECTION IN THAT RESPECT
BE IT ORDAINDE BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a Resolution adopted by the Paducah -McCracken
County Planninp Commission on March 3, 1965, entitled "A RESOLUTION?
CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH-McCRACKEN COUNTY PLANNING
COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF SECTION 23-A-3 OF THE PADUCAH
ZONING ORDINANCE -1961 FOR THE PURPOSE OF INCLUDING THEREIN A NEI;
PERMITTED USE IN A B-2 DOWNTOWN BUSINESS ZONE", shall be, and it is
hereby, approved as the final report of said Commission respecting the
matters therein set forth.
SECTION 2. That Section 23-A-3 of the Paducah Zoning Ordinance -
1961 (Ordinance Book 14,"pape 507) shall be, and it is hereby, amended
for the purpose of including a new permitted use in a B-2 Downtown
Business Zone, that now being accomplished by enacting as an addition
to said section the following:
"(u) Non-profit Club, Lodge or Fraternal Association -
Including an attached or freestanding bulletin board or
announcement sirn not to exceed 25 square feet in area."
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
