AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AN ALLEY NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF 11TH
STREET AND TERRELL STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, does hereby
authorize the closing- of an alley in said City near the intersection
of 11th Street and Terrell Street, described as follows:
Bepinninfi at a point on the south side of North 11th Street, a
distance of 110 feet in an easterly direction .from the southeast
intersection of North 11th Street and Terrell Street; thence
with the southerly line of 11th Street 15.3P feet; thence at
an interior anr-le of 1021 LA' 30" a distance of 170 feet; thence
at an exterior angle of 10211.8' 30" a distance of 27.19 feet
in an easterly direction; thence at an interior angle of 86°
02 minutes a distance of 20.5 feet in a southerly direction;
thence at an interior angle of 93° 5l?' a distance of 176.63
feet in a westerlv direction to the east line of Terrell Street;
thence Vrith the easterly line of Terrell Street a distance of
20.4 feet in a northerly direction; thence at an interior angle
of 77° 11' 30" a distance of 120 feet in an easterly direction;
thence at an exterior angle of 12P° 35 minutes 65 seconds a
distance of 21.9F feet in a northeasterly direction; thence in
an exterior anvle of 12A' 35' b5" a distance of 150 feet in a
northerly direction to the point of beFinninp.
SECTION 2. That the Corporation Counsel of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, be, and he is hereby, authorized and empowered to institute
and prosecute, pursuant to KRS 96.360 an action in the McCracken Circuit
Court for a .iudFment orderinP the closing of the alley described in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
