HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 15, Page 518, No Ordinance Number51 AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF PADUCAH WOODEPIWARE COMPANY FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE NEW BATTERY POWERED AUTOMATIC WET AND DRY SCRUBBER FOR USE FOR CLEANING PURPOSES IN THE NEW CITY HALL, AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON WHICH SUCH PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF CONMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the bid of Paducah hToodenware Company in the sum of $1,295.00, less 5%, less 2% for cash on or before the 10th day of the month following delivery, fbr one (1) new Clark-A-Blatic TB -1$ Battery powered Wet and Dry -Scrubber havinj7 the specifications contained in the resolution adopted. on February 9, 1965 authorizing the City Clerk to advertise for bids,_and the specifications contained in the bid of said Paducah Woodenprare Company dated February 16, 1965. . SECTION 2. That the 'Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a contract for said equipment as set out in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain onfile for at least one (1) week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passaF--e, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
