AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF RECORDAK CORPORATION
FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF MICROFILMING EQUIPMENT, AND AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AND EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR THE
PURCHASE OF SAVE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF CO11T ISSIONERS OF THE CITY t
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the bid of Recordak Corporation for the
sale to the City of Microfilmin? equipment as follows
1 - Recordak Reliant "500" Microfilmer,
with Precision Feed, Kodamatic
_indexing, and one Camera.
1 - :pork Station for Reliant "500"
I'Iicrofilmer
1 - Recordak Reader -Printer, complete
with one lens, film guides, and
Kodamatic'scale.
for the sum of 4,090.00 be accepted. Such equipment to have the
specifications and warranties as contained in the bid of said
Recordak. Corporation dated December 20, 1962.
SECTION 2. That the City Planager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to enter into a contract, on behalf of the City, for
the purchase of the equipment described in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced at a meeting
of the Board of Commissioners and remain on file for at least one (1)
week .for public inspection in the completed form in .•rhich it shall
be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force
and effect ten (10) da' -s thereafter.
