HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 15, Page 496, No Ordinance NumberG\- AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF WASHINGTON STREET BETWEEN 4TH STREET AND 5TH STREET; THE WEST SIDE OF IFTH STREET BETWEEN WASHINGTON STREET AND CLARK STREET, AND THE NORTH SIDE OF CLARK STREET BETWEEN 4TH STREET AND 5TH STREET; PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, company or corporation to park or leave standing a vehicle of any kind on the south side of Washington Street between 4th Street and 5th Street; the west side of 4th Street between Washington Street and Clark Street, and the north side of Clark Street between 4th Street and 5th Street for a longer period than thirty (30) minutes between the hours of $ o'clock A.M. and 5 o'clock P.M. on any day except Sunday. SECTION 2. Any person, firm, company or corporation violating the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined -not less than $5.00 nor more than $25.00 for each offense. SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. SECTION L.
