A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO HAVE
PUBLISHED ACCORDING TO LAW A NOTICE OF BOND SALE OF $590,000.00
OF CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, SCHOOL BUILDING REVENUE BONDS, DATED
APRIL 1, 1965, AND TO DISTRIBUTE TO PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS FURTHER
INFORMATION AS TO SUCH SALE AND BID FORMS
7BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ,OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,; KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, authorized
and directed to.have published according to law, a notice 'of bond
sale of $590,000,00 OfCityof Paducah, Kentucky, School Building
Revenue Bonds, dated April 1, 1965, and to distribute to prospective
bidders further information as to such sale and bid forms.
SECTION 2, This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
