FOR THE SAME TO THE CITY OF ONE (1) NEW CASE ASSEMBLY FOR A CATER-
PILLAR IN THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON WHICH SUCH
PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE. AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY TO EXIST
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the
bid of Whayne Supply Companv, Inc, in the sum of $1,337.69 for
the sale to the City of one (1) new 6H2997 Case Assembly for
Caterpillar 955 Traxcavator, Serial No. 12A8045.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized
to enter into a contract for said equipment as set out in Section
1 hereof.
SECTION 3 This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on
file for at least one (1) week for public inspection in the completed
form in which it shall be put upon its final passave, and it being
necessary for the public health and safety that such equipment be
obtained as soon as possible, an emergency is hereby declared to
exist and said ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon
its final passage,
