AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 12 OF AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED:
"AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING RULES FOR THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, FIXING THE TIT -T; FOR HOLDING REGULAR MEETINGS
OF SAID BOARD, AND REPEALING ALL RULES AND ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH", WHICH ;JAS ADOPTED ON DECEMBER 4, 1951, AND AMENDED ON
JUNE 11., 1958
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COPIVISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 12 of an ordinance containing the title
quoted above, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners or.
December 1, 1951, and amended on June 14, 1958, be further amended
and reordained so that said section as amended and reordained shall
read as follows:
"SECTION 12. The Regular Meetings of the Board of Commissioners
shall he held at 7:30 o'clock P.M. on the second and fourth Tuesdays
of each month, except when such.meetinps will fall on a lePal holiday,
then the Regular Ileetinp- of said Board will be held on the follbwin,- S�C�
da^ at the same hour.
Special or called meetings may be held upon the request of
the Mayor or two members of the Board of Commissioners if written
notice thereof is delivered to each member or to his or her residence
or business address twenty-four hours prior to the time that such
meetinp is to be reld. Frovided, however, a special or called meeting
may he held at any date and hour without written notice provided the
Vayor and all memhers of theBoard of Commissioners are present at
such meetinv. Executed or accepted notices shall be filed with the
Cite Clerk and spread upon the minutes.
All meetings of the Board of Commissioners, either regular, called
or_adiourned, held after February 16, 1965, shall be held in the
Commission Chamber on the Second Floor of the new City Hall buildinF,
situated in the block hounded by bth Street, 5th Street, Washington
Street and Clark Street.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
