AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF WILSON CHEVROLET-CADILLAC,
INC. FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE (1) NEW 1965 CHEVROLET PISCAYNL
STATION WAGON FOR USE BY THE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTDfENT OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND COEDITIONS
UPON PJHICH SUCH PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COPT,ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the bid
of Wilson Chevrolet -Cadillac, Inc. in the sum of .1',,2,297.23, less
x'200.00 for trade-in of one (1) 1958 Ford Station Wagon, making a
total of2,09'.23 for the sale to the City of one (1) neer 1965
Chevrolet Biscayne Station Wagon V-8 having the specifications as
set out in the Resolution adopted December 22, 1961; by the Board of
Commissioners of said City, authorizing advertisement for bids for
such equipment, and contained in the bid of said Wilson Chevrolet -
Cadillac, Inc. dated Jamary ', 1965.
SECTION 2. That the City Idanager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to enter into a contract for said vbhicle as set out
in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3_ This ordinance shall be introduced and remain
on file for at least one (1) week for public inspection in the
completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage,
and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days
thereafter.
