FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF FIVE NEW FOUR DOOR SEDAN AUTOMOBILES FOR USE IN THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON WHICH SUCH PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION_1. That the City of Faducah, Kentucky, accept the hid of Kinn-Woodall Motors, Inc. in the sum of *10,790.15, less 4'3,525.15 for trade-in of five 1063 Ford Police Cars Nos. 1, 3, 4, and 7, makinr a total of 87,2r,=.00 for the sale to the City of five (5) new 1966 Custom Four -door Ford Sedans having the specifications as set out in the resolution adopted December 22, 1961: by the Board of Commissioners of said City, authorizin- advertisement for Lids for such equipment, and contained in the bid of said Kinn-Woodall Motors, Inc, dated January 1965. SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a contract for said vehicles as set out in Section 1 hereof. SECTION_3_ This ordinance shall he introduced and remain on file for at least one (1) week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its .final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
