INC. FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE (1) NEW 1965 CHEVROLET ONE-HALF
TOA? PICK-UP TRUCK FOR USE BY THE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS UPON WHICH SUCH PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1._ That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the
bid of Wilson Chevrolet -Cadillac, Inc. in the sum of $1,964.25, less
$5L.1.00 for trade-in of one (1) 1950 Chevrolet Pick-up truck, making
a total of $1,L•23.25 for the sale to the City of one (1) new 1965
Chevrolet one -calf ton Pick-up.truck, model C1404, having the
specifications as set out in the Re.solution.adopted on December
22, 196L by the.Board of Commissioners of said City authorizing
advertisement for bids for such equipment, and contained in the
bid of said 'Milson Chevrolet -Cadillac, Inc. dated January 7, 1965.
SECTION 2. _That the Citv Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to enter into a contract for said vehicle as set out
in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced -and remain
on file for at least one (1) week for.public inspection in the
completed .form in which it shall be put upon its final passage,
and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days
thereafter.
