FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE (1) NEW 1965 FORD FALCON STATION WAGON FOR USE IN THE FIRE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON WHICH SUCH PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the bid of King -Woodall Motors, Inc. in the sum of $2,712.20, less $717.20 for trade-in of one (1) 1958 Ford Station Wagon now in use by the Fire Department, making a total of $1,995.00 for the sale to the City of one (1) new 1965 Ford Falcon Station Bus having the specifications as set out in the Resolution adopted October 27, 1961; bar the Board of Commissioners of said City, authorizing adver- tisement for bids for such equipment, and contained in the bid of said King -Woodall Motors, Inc. dated November 9, 1964. SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a contract for said vehicle as set out in Section 1 hereof. SECTI014 3.
