AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF PADUCAH SALES, INC. FOR THE
SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE NEW 1965 INTERNATIONAL C1100 SERIES PICK-UP
TRUCK FOR USE BY THE MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, AND PRESCRIBING THE CONDITIONS UPON WHICH SUCH PURCHASE
SHALL BE MADE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMiISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTIO? 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the bid
of Paducah Sales, Inc. in the sum of$1,567.81 for the sale to the
Citv of one new 1965 International C1100 Series Pick -Up Truck having
the specifications as set out in the bid for said equipment submitted
by said Paducah Sales, Inc. dated October 26, 196L,.
SECTION 2. That the City Manaper be, and he is hereby, authorizes
to enter into a contract for said vehicle set out in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file
for at least one (1) creek for public inspection in the completed form
in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall
he in .full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
