HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 15, Page 414, No Ordinance Numberi 41L AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE AMENDED FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH- McCRACKEN COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION REGARDING THE SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY OF JAMES REEVES, LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF PINES ROAD, ;9E ST OF AND ADJACENT TO THE ILLINOIS CENTRAL RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-UAY, KNOWN AS "PINE PARK SUBDIVISION", AND APPROVING THE REVISED PLAT OF SUCH SUBDIVISION BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted her the Paducah -McCracken County Planning Commission on October 7, 196L., entitled: "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE AMENDED FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH-McCRACKEN COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION REGARDING THE SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY OF JAMES REEVES, LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF PINES ROAD, 69SST OF AND ADJACENT TO THE ILLINOIS CENTRAL RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY, KNOWN AS "PINE PARK SUBDIVISION", shall be, and is hereby, approved as the amended final report of said Commission respecting the matters set forth therein. SECTION 2. That the revised plat referred to in said Resolution shall be, and is hereby, approved as the final plat of said subdivision, and it shall be substituted for the plat heretofore submitted, approval of which was contained in an ordinance adopted by this Board on September 10, 1963. SECTION 3. That the dedication of the public rights-of-way and easements shown on said revised plat shall be, and is hereby, accepted, but such acceptance shall not constitute an undertaking on the part of this Board or of the City of Paducah for the improving• or maintenance of said rights -o£ -way, that beim- a matter for separate consideration and action. SECTION 4. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance shall be found to he inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each andevery section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions.
