COUNTY PLANTNING COP+MISSION RESPECTING THE AMENDMENT OF SECTION 12 OF
THE PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE -1961, AND AMENDING SAID SECTION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1_ That a Resolution adopted by the Paducah -McCracken
County Planning Commission on October 21, 196L, entitled "A RESOLUTION
CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH-McCRACKEN COUNTY PLAPNING
CO1w7T1ISSION ON THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF SECTION 12 OF THE PADUCAH ZONING
ORDINANCE -1961", shall be, and it is hereby, approved as the final report
of said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth.
SECTION 2. That Section. 12 of the Paducah Zoning_ Ordinance -1961
(Ordinance Book ll„ page 507) shall be, and it is hereby, amended in
the following respects:
"By adding to Figure I of Section 12 the following:
(Under the reading "Special Exception")
Public Utility Installation
(Under the heading "Zones In Which Use ?.-Tay Be Permitted")
All, except zones in which permitted by other provisions
of this ordinance.
(Under the heading "Requirement Designation")
b1, cl, g, h2, i 3 & 4, k6, 12, o p
By amending the provisions of said Figure I as they relate to
"Fire Stations and Police Stations" so that they will read as
follows:
(Under the heading "Special Exception")
Fire Station or Police Station
(Under the heading "Zones In Which Use May Be Permitted")
ALL, except zones in which permitted by other provisions

SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full .force and effect
from and after its adoption.
