ADAMS STREET, 2L.TH STREET, JACKSON STREET AND 25TH STREET IN THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, does
hereby authorize the closing of the allev in the block in said
City bounded by Adams Street, 2Lth Street, Jackson Street and
25th Street.
SECTION 2. That the Corporation Counsel of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, be, and he is hereby, authorized and empowered
to institute and prosecute, pursuant to KRS 9L.360, an action in
the McCracken Circuit Court .for a iudement ordering the closing
of the alley described in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
