A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ENTER INTO
AN AGREEMENT WITH PADUCAH AND ILLINOIS RAILROAD COMPANY FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A TEN INCH GRAVITY FLOP? SANITARY SEVIER PIPE LINE
ACROSS PROPERTY OF SAID RAILROAD COMPANY BETWEEN PINES ROAD AND
MINNICH AVENUE_IN PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are
hereby, authorized to execute, on behalf of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, an Agreement dated September lh, 1964, between Paducah
and Illinois Railroad Company and the City of Paducah, Kentucky, to
construct and maintain a ten (X) inch gravity flow sanitary sewer
pipe line across property of said Railroad Company between Pines
Road and Minnich Avenue in said City, a copy of which is attached
hereto.
SECTION 2, That a certified copy of this Resolution shall be
transmitted to Paducah and Illinois Railroad Company,
SECTION 3, This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
