"AN ORDINANCE FIXING AND ADJUSTING THE RATES OF PAY FOR CERTAIN
NON -CIVIL SERVICE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH", WHICH WAS
ADOPTED ON I4ARCH 16, 1957, AND A34ENDED ON DECEMBER 3, 1963
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:

SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption, and shall he retroactive to July 1, 196L.

title quoted above, which was adopted on March
16, 1957, and amended
on December 3, 1963, be, and the same is hereby
amended and reordained
so that said section as amended and reordained
shall read as follows:
