AN ORDINANCE CLOSING A PORTION OF CHA14BLIN AVENUE
IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF =1MISSIONERS OF
THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah, Kentucky, does
herebv authorize the closing of the following portion
of Chamblin Avenue in said City:
All that portion of Chamblin Avenue
lying between the east line of the
Beltline Highway and the west line
of Bough Street.
SECTION 2. That the Corporation Counsel of the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, be, and he is hereby, authorized
and empowered to institute and prosecute, pursuant to KRS
94.360, an action in the McCracken Circuit Court for a
judgment ordering the closing of the portion of Chamblin
Avenue described in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
