AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH-McCRACKZN
COUNTY PLANNING COI1TISSION RESPECTING THE AMENDMENT OF SECTION 32-J-6
OF THE PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE -1961, AND AMENDING SAID SECTION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF CONJ11ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a Resolution adopted by the Paducah -McCracken
Countv Planning Commission. on Jul,T 1, 196L, entitled "A RESOLUTION
CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH-P6cCRACKEN COUNTY PLA4NNING
COi-WISSION ON THE PROPOSED AMENDP•TENT OF SECTION 32-J-6 OF THE PADUCAH
ZONING ORDINANCE -1961", shall be, and it is hereby, approved as the
final report of said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth.
SECTION 2. That Section 32-J-6 of the Paducah Zoning Ordinance -
1961 (Ordinance Book 14., page 507) shall be, and it is hereby, amended,
so that in its amended state it will read as follows:
116. Fence or :'fall - A fence, lattice -work screen or wall,
mai: he located in any required rear or side yard if
not more than 8 feet in height, and in any required
front vard if not more than 6 feet in height. Such
a structure may be located in any nonrequired yard
if not more than 8 feet in hei.rht. All such structures
shall comply with Section 11 with respect to corner
setbacks."
SEC^1ION 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
