HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 15, Page 326, No Ordinance Number32(� AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR AND AUTHORIZING THE PAYDENT OF 13,000.00 FROM, THE PUBLIC WORKS CUMULATIVE RESERVE FUND OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, TO EDWARD DURELL STONE, ARCHITECT OF NEW YORK CITY, FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURNITURE AND ACCESSORIES FOR THE NEW CITY HALL BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COM%11ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City ianaFer and City Treasurer be, and they are hereby, authorized to pair the sum of $5,000.00 from the Public Works Cumulative Reserve Fund of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, to Edward Durell Stone, Architect of New York City, for professional services in connection with the furniture and accessories for the new Citv Hall. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for public inspection for at least one (1) week in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall he in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
