A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLATT OF TENNESSEE VALLEY
AUTHORITY FOR THE BETWEEN THE LAKES NATIONAL RECREATION AREA
Bt IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COTu%:ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Commissioners of the Cite
of Paducah, Kentucky, dces hereby signify its approval of
the plan of Tennessee Valley Authority for the Between the
Lakes National Recreation Area.
SECTION 2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be
forwarded to Cenator Cooper, Senator T:orton and Congressman
Stubblefield by the City Clerk.
SECTION 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
